Reggio Calabria: 14/15 - 23/24 February 2012. Course on sustainable and energy planning. The professional level course is supported by the Order of Architects of Reggio Calabria in collaboration with Nomisma and Abita-Lab. Technical-scientific coordination by Architecture Professor Consuelo Nava. In the first day of the course, Luigi Scarola will address the issue of local development and urban policies in the new European scenarios: strategies and experiences.
