Real Estate Market Observatory

The Nomisma Real Estate Market Observatory has achieved 30 years of activity. A significant milestone that would not have been possible without the trust of the companies operating in the sector. A trust that we seek to honour, year after year, by supporting the public administration, businesses and banks with reliable analysis on values, volumes and economic and social trends of the real estate Italian market.

In a period of uncertain economic scenario, albeit with signs of recovery for the real estate market, Nomisma continue to dedicate further investment and commitments in in-depth economic analysis in order to remain a reference point for the sector’s stakeholders.
